The Indiana Pacers are one of the most interesting teams of this upcoming NBA season and veteran center Myles Turner will be the difference maker that makes or breaks this basketball team.

I was waiting for this lol 😅
I have no faith in Myles to be anything more then what Myles has been. The improvement needs to be between the ears. For me its not about how many points he scores.. whether its 18 or 24pts, its more how about how he scores. For instance if Myles takes more shots from other players from behind the arc to get 22 a game I don't think it changes anything 6 more from Myles and 6 less from another player doesn't change the overall scoring. It doesn't make the teams have to guard an additional area of the court because everyone knows Myles makes his points behind the arc, unless he is scoring inside and making himself a threat from all areas of the court. The Pacers struggles has been tuffness inside.. Myles is such a low threat to do anything inside ( for himself or with put backs off of misses ). The Pacers were near the absolute bottom of the league in Offensive boards and 2nd chance points. To me that is where Myles needs to improve.. its being tuff inside offensively.. get those boards for kick outs or tap back in. Sadly last year opposing teams would get 1-2 and sometimes 3 shots at the basket because Myles would get shoved out of the way for a put back or offensive board.
It's time for Myles Turner to become a "real" player. Needs to dominate in the post on a consistent basis. Not sure if this is possible though.
Turner needs to put on 10-15 pounds and get strong wnoughto defend the post.
