heat didn't want to give up hero and 3 1st round draft picks for dame. They told the blazers they could have one or the other. Bucks gave them jrue(which they flipped for 2 picks) along with there own 2 picks and ayton from the suns for nurkic. If heat were willing to give hero and 3 1st roudners they would have dame butler and bam right now but didnt want to go all in

I think the Hawks should blow it up and wait it out. I realistically don't see a way they'll be able to become serious contenders with these new Bucks and Celtics.
