A few he’s really tuned into mindset and learning to grow as a coach.
But two things stood out to me. He said
1. They want to create an environment where Tatum is *comfortable* to lead in his own kind of way.
2. This past month was the best month of preseason they’ve had since he’s been there.

On god the minute IT comes back with the team just to meet with them and everything is when I know we hanging banner 18. It’s time to mend the fence. Larry Bird is walking through that door, fans. Kevin McHale is walking through that door and Robert Parish is walking through that door. And when they do they’re going to be grey and old.
This is just so awesome to see. The celtics seriously are the best organization, it’s so nice to see former players take pride in having played here and wanting to be apart of the next generation of celtics. You don’t see retired vets doing this for any other team. Go Celtics!
If Larry Bird walks those that door, I will cry green tears of joy.
