I saw Cams blowup so when I found this beauty of a card for $30 last weekend in a bargain bin I was like WTF and bought it without even checking comps. I got look up Comps and his /10’s are selling $50-$100 so still a solid pickup but I was surprised by the fact that they were so cheap. After seeing his rise last year I went back and checked the stats seeing it was extremely streaky. Is the guy actually good? What happened last season was it poor rotation? And what y’all’s outlook on him moving forward?

Just looked up his highlights and yeah the man looks like an upcoming offensive star. Was he a defensive liability? Did he have injuries?
he’s got some weaknesses that are more defined than other players with his potential, but yea I’d say he’s good. a bit overrated because his huge strength (iso-scoring) is exciting, but still a very skilled player
the issue is he’s below average on basically every other aspect. offensively, he’s either iso-torching people or playing way overly passive to try and give the coaches what he thinks they want. on defense he’s never been too great but it’s nothing crazy, could be better for his strength
if he can learn to play in a way that helps our other guys develop too, he 100% deserves more minutes. but I understand the different views on him right now, I get where they come from. there’s stuff to love and stuff to worry about

He’s got a habit of putting the blinders on, but he’s the team’s best self creator which is a hole in the team right now. Lots of upside for the guy.
