Not saying Stone has done a poor job, but he was basically gifted a ton of resources in the Harden trade. It’s a lot easier to have the steal of the draft or the best offseason moves when you’re entering every summer with 2-4 picks and a ton of cap space. Not to mention Tari and Cam were basically the consensus picks at those spots.
I think he’s better judged by the results the team actually has had. I’ll give him somewhat of a pass for the Silas years but this year will be make or break. It’s time to win.
