  1. Really enjoyed the game despite losing and DG and Don not playing at their best. My biggest surprises where Niang, Okoro and Bates. Niang has some pretty solid I.Q. Loved the transition 3 he took and hit. Also knows how to play off ball. Set someone a nice back-screen that set them up for an open 3. Okoro's shot is honestly looking clean. His free throws were very compact, same motion each time, and he went 5-5 from there. His 3 point shots also looked fluid and even the ones he missed looked as if they were going to go in. If he could take 4 a game and hit them at last years clip of better, that'd be a great improvement. Bates reverse lay-up and almost game winner was nice to see. Hope they send him to the G-League for most of the season so that he can get 30 minute runs instead of a ton of DNPs. With the Charge now in Cleveland, they could still keep him close by so that the veterans can keep them under their wing, which I feel is important to his development as a player and a young man.
