OP actually being mad at Jokic because he has no life is truly just hilarious to me … comments and quotes have (unsurprisingly) been cooking him

Through the last year I went from thinking this, that jokic doesn’t care, to realizing he might just have the driest sense of humor in the history of basketball. This is all a bit to him! If he keeps things boring and uninteresting he doesn’t have to deal with media BS and other teams fans who don’t follow closely think it’s real.
My favorite is my friends who are suns fans anxiously waiting for his contract to be up because they are CONVINCED he wouldn’t sign another contract because he hates basketball.

Homeboy loves basketball. What he doesn’t care about is the NBA as a brand, and all the reality tv type drama that comes with it.

That guy must be one hell of a horse jockey

Oh god. I used to know a guy like this who would say things like “Basketball is my passion,” and “no one cares more about the game than me.”

I once asked if he wanted to join our rec league and then, “Nah I don’t play just watch NBA.”

    Cool “passion,” dude.

Fucking love how much this bothers him

It says a lot about the general mentality of laker fans. Decades of success, entitlement, favoritism, luck….

*and the second it doesn’t go perfectly as expected* they break down. Like he’s doing now. They don’t know how to act. They throw tantrums.

I’d be embarrassed to have him be a fan of a team I support.

Maybe take a hint from Joker and understand there is more important things in life than the game. That is his attitude.
