The devastation in Israel is tragic and unacceptable. The murder and violence against innocent people by Hamas is terrorism. The SpringHill Company family sends our deepest condolences to Israel and the Jewish community. We pray for peace in the region and reiterate our continued commitment to fight hate in all its forms. We must all work to ensure this tragedy does not spread even more hate, racism, and antisemitism.

Reddit will have a problem with this too now.

  2. Solid-Confidence-966

It’s great that they’re spreading awareness but it’s kinda wild how pretty much every institution is on it.

Edit: Mods, what does long term good standing mean in that context lol?

Edit 2: I’m afraid someone might take my comment the wrong way so far the record I’m not planting the seeds of thoughts for anti-Semitic conspiracy theories or anything like that.

no more ~~saudi~~ contract for u

    Edit: idk anymore

  4. achyutthegoat

LeBron didn’t even stand with Israel in this comment yet people will try to spin this in a way to hate on LeBron.

  5. KingNephew

They don’t call him HeBron James for nothing

Exact response any sane person should take lol.

Not support Israel or Palestine both are wrong and right at times. But absolutely not supporting Hamas (like a lot of crazy fucking people online).

You can support the freedom of Palestine if you see it that way, but if you support what Hamas is doing you’re a fucking werido.

“…Uyghurs can go fuck themselves tho”

  8. This threads not gonna last long lol

Just wish people would condemn the killing of innocent people being killed on both sides of the conflict, not just hamas.

  9. Balls_of_Adamanthium

Why does every celebrity feel the urge to comment on this? 99% of them couldn’t place a single middle eastern country on the map. Justin Bieber posted a message to support Israel and unknowingly used a Gaza background picture with it. They don’t give a fuck and are all clout chasers trying to score PR points. Pathetic.

I do not know enough about this to comment

  11. DrBigChicken

This tweet actually got him hired by Philly Voice

  12. lmaoooyikes

Its crazy that out of all these NBA org/players and just celebrities in general, that Kyrie had the best statement about the conflict

Focused more on the innocent citizens being the true victims and calling out the complete lack of coverage of the war crimes committed against Palestinians

  13. Fhaksfha794

Lmao I know for a fact lebron doesn’t know a single damn thing about what’s happening in the Middle East

  14. You can support the Palestinian people without paying lip service to a literal terrorist organization. Why is that so hard for some of y’all to grasp.

  15. Killing innocent ppl is bad. This is the only statement ppl should say bc 90% of ppl has absolutely no idea whats going on right now

  16. treadwater23

Even Jonathan Isaac’s statement brought up Gaza!

  17. Vipeeeeer

I don’t want to be that guy but put that same energy about the Chinese bullying in the SEA region. Either call it out or just don’t talk about it.

There’s issues all over the world, and I think the best thing we can do is, if you feel passionate about it, talk about it. If you don’t have a lot of knowledge about it or you don’t quite understand it, I don’t think you should talk about it. I think it just puts you in a tough position.

Silver sent them black Suburbans to Brons crib

Palestine couldn’t raise enough money for a LeBron IG post

  21. sliccricc83

He read Malcolm X, he just didn’t *read* Malcolm X

  22. Can we all just get along and eat some hummus together

  23. asheeponreddit

Cool bro, how do you say that in Chinese?

  24. hollywoodhulkhogann

Lebrons a goofball this guy had the nerve to compare himself Muhammad Ali

  25. Killing innocent civilians is bad

But I’m going to pretend only one side does it

  26. MarioGoetze

If that man read a couple more pages from that Malcolm X book his stance would be way different lmao

  27. CoupleScrewsLoose

thank god Lebron weighed in on this. can corporations and public figures stop with the fake concern now?

  28. IShookMeAllNightLong

Sure took his legal and PR team plenty of time to guage the public perception of the attack

  29. Now let’s wait for Steve Kerr to finish consulting with his other brother in law with a PHD in Middle Eastern History for his comment.

  30. Askme4musicreccspls

Its a little insane to me how any can one side this so breathlessly, with what’s going on in Gaza right now. The hypocrisy is appalling. All humans deserve not to be slaughtered.

At least MJ knew politics wasn’t his thing.

  31. KayRay1994

Now, Hamas is a terrorist organization, but the issue isn’t as black and white as “Israel good and are the victims” cause they’re certainly not – its a very, very complex issue and I hate that its being boiled down to “we pray for Israel” cause while the many innocents were certainly murdered by terrorists, it is worth noting that these terrorists exist because of Israeli oppression to begin with.

All this is even worse coming from the dude who refuses to talk about the hong kong protests, as he’s clearly going where his PR team tells him to go.
