Long time follower here, while there are some truth and good suggestions here. My recommendation is just stay tired of the topic and let the story run it's course.
As a therapist who worked with CPS domestic violent cases, open records alone have very little value to the actual incident.
There's always more to the story, like it or not the behavior of domestic abuse often go both ways.
Gonna respectfully skip this episode.
Certainly agree that the Hornets need to cut ties with him and become a more serious franchise. Even if it comes back to be all alleged, at this point the team should be embarrassed to be associated with all this bad press. Don’t care that he was a 20 point scorer.
I HATE domestic situations, police have regularly said theses are their least favorite calls to answer because it gets so messy. I really hope this is just a misunderstanding but God man if he did this how much of an idiot can one person be?

I’m done with Miles. He’s a super talented player which was why he got the 2nd chance in the first place. And if the allegations are true, this is repeat behavior and it makes no sense to keep him around
This all sounds very fishy
1: why wait till the preseason to make the warrant Public, they could have done that at any time
2: this is personal experience, but my mom got her windshield broken by a passing construction dump truck, yet the probation officer handling my dads domestic charges still had an arrest warrant issued as its flat policy on personal property damages like this

Maybe there's more to the Miles Bridges story. I was in a domestic situation with my ex. She convinced everyone that I was the abuser when I was the one being abused mentally and physically. People I worked with and the court system believed her. It took a couple of years to finally get through this the blame was was where it should have been. Doug the almighty mighty sometimes things aren't what they seem. From someone who's been there.

Adam Silver was pissed at Ja Morant not as much about doing a dumb thing, but for promising him he wouldn't do that thing again. They came down hard on him for lack of responsibility and lying. If it turns out the January warrant/incident was hidden from them in their talks, there will be extremely serious ramifications just for that.

Yesterday sucked man. Overall I’m left feeling like this is not a team. These guys are adults and need to be responsible for themselves obviously, but it seems like the Hornets as a franchise have an “every man for himself” kind of mentality. And keep the fans at arms length. They have such a good media team that connects with the fans and they frequently waste that.
Don’t forget the NBA is also dealing with Kevin Porter Jr. Not a good look. Will they ever learn from their mistakes?
