Calvin Booth really looks to have found another good long term rotation player for the Nuggets. I don’t what his comp will be but he fits right into this motion oriented for the Nuggets and if his defense is consistent he will definitely get legitimate minutes in the rotation.
for me AG is the best role player in the league, dude plays such a smart game, plus he's lockdown on defense, and you can't guard him with with a small dude and indeed he can hit a 3…you all guys remember the exit interview after GSW? he said he needed to get smarter, he over delivered, dude is Jokic level smart…I mean give the good number 1 options, you can't compete with that, but no2 options it's hard discussion, no3, I take AG over anybody…

Strawburst is an excellent call for his flurries.
I’m beating the drum to nickname him “The Scarecrow” – a “straw”- related Batman villain (along with the Joker) who strikes fear into the opponents. Make it stick!

I feel like it’s pretty obvious what Peyton Watson needs to do. Forget the playmaking and threes for a second. He can work on that in practice, but what he rly needs to do is improve his finishing at the rim, especially in transition. Pair that with good defense and off ball movement / cutting to take full advantage of his athleticism and he alone would already be pretty good Bruce brown replacement. I feel like he could learn something from A.G.
Those missed lay ups, when he is running at the rim full speed, kinda hurt.
And Strawther… I knew it. In summer league his shot wouldn’t drop, but it was all there already. Big confidence, solid defense and a whole lotta effort. At this point I wouldn’t be surprised with similar performances during regular season.

Im more on Zeke trin from the 1st day. He was important in last season's bench unit, he will be in this years too. Happy to see him playing well

PWatson is not doing what Jokic told him
"You have to do what everyone else's don't want to do". Bust your ass on the board, boxing out people, running the court harder than everyone else, run the break faster than anyone, take the shots at the end of the possession to save the team when the play broke down. Fight every screen, fight back every time someone blew you out.
