[Andrews] Steve Kerr says that Draymond is questionable for the season-opener next Tuesday. Kerr told me he would’t put Draymond in a game without getting 5-on-5 action under his belt, so the hope is he can play 3-on-3 later this week, and graduate to 5-on-5 by Sunday.

  1. Sounds about right. No NBA game minutes without 5-on-5 scrimmaging in practice first has always been their rule.

him even being questionable for opening night is way better than the initial fear.

  3. I don’t get why 3v3 is a warmup to 5v5. Less players means more opportunity to be on ball defensively and offensively. Is it just that 3v3 are technical work, not really trying hard at all?
