The best way I describe my stance on this is addition by subtraction. We have 3 guys who are best when their usage rate is high; why add a 4th one, who also adds risks such as inconsistency, lack or motivation, and lack of defensive IQ.
Mann is more of an asset to a team than Harden is. If I was Clippers I wouldn't even do a straight trade for Harden/Mann.

I don't trust harden either please keep him away. The vibes seem really good right now. Wouldn't want to mess with that
