I’m also really REALLY NOT high on Phoenix, that will be a total disaster.

Just here to see how our alleged fans tear the team down.
I think we will be top 3 tho.

I got clippers 1-10

Delusional to think we’re that high. Our best season outside the bubble year was the 4 seed

Sons and Lamers way too high

Your list is unique. I love it

Pretty sure clippers are under the radar. Heck Kawhi afaik was just ranked top 30 or something this coming season which i totally get since he is coming from an injury but yeah top 4 totally doable if they play each game. Otherwise i feel top 5-8 is realistic

kings over okc? yea this list garbanzo

Top 3 on paper. Even if we stay healthy, the missed Kawhi games due to an absurd number of B2Bs will put a limit on how much we can achieve during the regular season. I think we end up 4th or 5th, get the Lakers in the first round, and advance in spite of some very questionable officiating (e.g. the blatant flopping of Reaves, LeBron et al. is rewarded far more often than it’s ignored, and never penalized).

2 seed would be actually insane. Would need decent leaps from like multiple role players. Bones, Terance, and Zu. + elite play from Kawhi and PG.
And Russ would need to at least maintain his play from last year. I’m pretty sure he shot the highest percentage from 3 of his entire career, when he played with us. That cannot regress.
4 seed would be an incredibly successful regular season imo.
Feel like 5-9 is most likely, with good health. There are a lot of good teams out there this year.
I’d be happy to be roasted for being wrong, but that’s just how I see it as the team is currently constructed.

If Wemby can play the whole season, Spurs are making the play-in.
Memphis got a lot better with two defensive players of the year on the same team.
Zion may be back, so who knows if the Pelicans will be as good as they were before he got injured.
Utah had a great start last season, but suffered injuries for their whole team, so who knows how good they can be.
Clippers have the worst schedule, but have a 94-46 record with both 213 in the same lineup(55-27 for an 82 game season). Now they have a backup veteran big, and a leader in Westbrook. With everybody healthy(minus Bones) entering the season, and T Mann starting, we should expect more consistency this season.
The West is up for grabs to anyone who can beat the Nuggets, who weren’t all that amazing, with a conference best 53 wins. That used to be good enough for a 3rd seed. They then went on to beat 3 play-in teams to win.
The Lakers got better with their resigning and off season pick ups. I bet Austin learned a lot playing in the Fifa championships.
The Warriors got older. I don’t expect a team resurgence. They lost one of their main weapons heading into their prime and replaced it with an injury prone aging vet.
The Kings did nothing, and that isn’t a good sign when trying to contend.
The Mavs also did nothing to get better, and couldn’t make a playoff run after acquiring Kyrie Irving. I mean, they won 6 of their last 20.
First round LA battle will be the most watched 1st round matchup in history. If the Clippers acquire Harden, swap seeds with the Lakers.

I don’t know what the seedlings will be but for us, I feel like we’ll be a bit lower. Possibly in the 5-8 range. I like that we have a good balance of bigs and point guards now but we’ll no doubt have to deal with a fair share of injuries, as well as the league getting generally younger and harder to keep up with in the regular season. Happy to be proven wrong though

Warriors and Mavericks too high, OKC too low, other than that the West is too stacked to get exact rankings. Most of 11 through 1 will be decided by one or two games.
