    Assuming your decibel meter is working normally, 51~59 dB is far above whispering loudness, it's actually roughly a little bit quieter than a normal speech at 1 meter from you.

    its like trying to dribble a deflated basketball, and if you already have a feel on fribbling this will throw u off the more you try to adapt to it

    Since the foam ball is lighter the same amount of force will accelerate it more so it actually bounces the same height
