Rough start, we will see where this team is in 25 games before real questions need to be asked.
i know defending and experience is a problem for us right now but i truly believe that we shoud start shaedon. as a realistic blazers fan i see us as a bottom 10 team and we know that we should be rebuilding and starting shaedon which will allow us to develop our core. shaedon, ant and scoot is our future realistically and we need to develop our core. blazers fan let me know if you agree?

It's not that I expect us to win a lot of games this season… I just don't like him as our coach. He lacks so much presence and command I feel like this dude is the Joe Biden of the NBA coaching staff. I can't even be excited for my team because there is no sense of urgency or presence from the top down
another magnificent start for our beloved tank genius, coach billups. That open lane created by ayton pouting about not getting the ball was quite the exquisite strat to tank.
I already had a feeling we were going to suck this year, but Billups is so frustrating to watch coach the Blazers. There is no energy coming from him at all. He doesn't seem to be able to bring the best out of our players. Every time I see him or hear him talk, it looks/sounds like he is about 30 seconds away from falling asleep. We need to get a better experienced head coach in Portland who can develop and push these players to get their full potential.

Somebody for the love of god please ask why Chauncey refuses to run offensive sets. You can't make the excuse of inexperience because we would atleast see them trying to run different sets and failing, but they aren't running them in the first place to fail. The offense has no structure, you make the excuse that any time ayton got the ball he had multiple people around him, yeah because you didn't actually design plays to put him in good positions π there is no excuse for you not doing your job, don't blame you not game planning on the young guys. Do better Chauncey or else you are just a trash coach

Sucks that Scoot looked like a 15 year old and got embarrassed by his idol, thank the NBA for the matchmaking, too bad the Hornets weren't the team Scoot debuted on.

Observation game. The ball was falling for the clippers but the 2nd half you can see their ageing lineup. Cleanup the turnovers and get physical on defense. The Clippers should have blown out the Blazers worst, but at the same time Clippers wasn't stopping them.

First off, this is the 1st game of the season and these guys have only had a short training camp and preseason to get to know each other so I will give them that. But man that looked like a mens league vs pros. I was just hoping to see some runs where it looked like the stuff they worked on in practice translated to the game. Didn't see any of that. Not one guy looked comfortable out there, especially on the offensive end.
Tough game to watch from the turnovers and lack of urgency. To the obsessive foul calling against our team. We couldn't get foul calls fr to save our life. Scoot looked confused and was nervous, ayton was lost it seemed the only ones playing to me were shae, ant, jg and brogs imo. But the obsessive one sided foul calling has got to stop either let both teams play through the whistle or call the fouls fair plain and simple. Can't even finish games because of the refs obsession with calling fouls against us. They was up 30 one point and they were still calling rediculous foul against us shit was crazy. So i turned it off in the 4'th
Itβll be a great day when we finally get rid of this joke of coach. Yes I know all the players like him and he says the right things but actions show heβs completely lost even in his 3rd season. Save your comments excuse makers, Iβve heard em all and they all are bs excuses.
