PLEASE fire JB NOW. I've been on the fence with him for some time but I'm just done now. JB is holding this team back. Awful play at the end having Struss slip to the basket and have to take a contested layup over a bigger player. It is clear Strus does not finish well around the rim especially when guarded.

Cavs defense is good, very impressive. JB's offense is non existent still. Down 2 starters and Mobley ends the game with 14?!?! We're literally starting Okoro and Wade, two guys that may not even be on the team after the trade deadline. I have no patience for this coach. He's better suited as an assistant coach…
JB is the problem, his lack of adjustments his 8-man rotation (check out his record when 8 men or less play at least 10 mins) his lack of developing evan mobley or get him involved in the offense. his inability to get young guys consistent minutes
the Cavs are a development team, the Coaches job is to develop them,….. can anyone say that he has helped develop anyone?
I have said for 3 years he s a young first time Coach learning…. at some point and time, he has to show that he has learned something.
I just don't think this team can get to where they need to go with a Coach who has shown an inability to learn from his past mistakes.
Cavs should play at least a 10 man rotation they should get valuable leaning minutes for their young core.
only if you believe like I do that Evan Mobley is that dude….. if you beleve that than you should be getting young guys ready for him, while you have a player like DM to cover.
