Bad loss I’m gonna chuck it to it being a back to back and the 3rd game of the season. Everyone was bad but Randle was next level. One thing overall that was apparent that will be a long term issue is lack of size at the wing idk if it was just Brandon Ingram but he was abusing every mismatch because our tallest wing is RJ

  2. I know it’s only game 3 but goddamn am I scared we’re frauds

  3. jortynelson

shoutout the bench warmers for making this thing look close. we see you deuce

  4. 3rd stringers with the +10 pretty much sums up this game

  5. NotThisSh1tAgain

Another offseason passed and the Knicks sat on their asses and did nothing noteworthy. Wouldn’t surprise me if they sat on their asses and watched Embiid get traded too. Bunch of do nothing cunts

  6. Can’t believe I’m saying this but RJ has been our most consistent player so far

  7. omarade2

Cavs, Cavs, Bucks, Clippers. Team better wake up fast or a 1-6 start is on the table.

  8. TreSeven

Lack of size on the wing is gonna be a serious problem for this team

  9. Back to back away games and we didn’t extend the bench until the end of the 4th

  10. nyc_brand

Randle grimes and Hart need to turn it around asap.

  11. Ok_Woodpecker1732

Hey look Randle nearly got a triple double.

    … with turnovers.

  12. beanie_mac

This one of those games you toss in the trash and forget about. Team didn’t have it from opening tip. Sloppy and poor shooting all around with the exception of RJ.

Refs missing blatant calls didn’t help either.

The sky isn’t falling yall, just gotta tighten shit up. We’ll be alright.

  13. howdy_goy

Honestly a lot to compain about and Jules is top of the list as well as Grimes but I want to take a moment to call out someone who thinks he might get away unscathed — im looking at u Donte Divencenzo u absolute disaster

  14. NoScopeMusical

    – YUCK YUCK YUCK YUCK YUCK YUCK YUCK 🤢 🤮
    – **Some ugly ass basketball.** Pelicans were more up for it. They had no answer for Zion or Ingram. Outmatched from the tip.
    – Offense outside of RJ was nonexistent. Brunson and Randle were inefficient. More shit officiating & shit offensive play.
    – Shooting 7/37 (19%) from three = fucking horrible
    – File this one away and focus on the Cavaliers.

  15. smileyfrown

When Brunson and Randle play like this it’s a insta loss

But the problem goes deeper with Hart, divencenzo etc all doing so many turnovers and their is clear issue with a smaller lineup. Like obi wasn’t an amazing shooter but high motor and length still opened up things…right now it feels like more shooters and less space

  16. Affectionate-Tea9224

I know losses are losses, BUT knicks teams in the past that shot this poorly, and had this many turnovers would have lost by 30, they at least cut it to 6 at one point

  17. DabZonTwitch

A lot of flaws to fix, but the core identity of this team is still there, Pelicans still didn’t crack 100 tonight for example. RJ and Mitch shining is a bright spot that is hopeful for nights where the whole team isn’t shooting bricks.

  18. HairyHouse3

Love the play where randle was so busy complaining to the ref he didn’t hustle back on defense on a play he would have been a huge help. Then it lead to a D foul followed by a 3 by the Pelicans

  19. dtc_brock

19% from 3 (15% before garbage time) on 37 attempts isn’t going to win you many games.

This game is close if the Knicks are even average from 3.

  20. knicksunderpants

    Randle is unwatchable.

Unfortunately the Knicks don’t have anyone else to take his spot so the fans suffer by having to watch him play 40 minutes a game.

DiVincenzo was a stupid signing. Unnecessary.

No back up PF is gonna be real bad against bigger teams.

The front office did a great job not extending IQ. Dudes worth $10M a year max, hope he can turn it around.

RJ is great. Rest of the team isn’t.

  21. Herakuraisuto

Randle is now 13 for 47, or 27.6%, from the floor over the first three games.

It’s very early, I’m sure the team will hit its stride, yadda yadda…BUT it’s concerning that Randle continues to have stretches like this.

On top of the miserable shooting, he had 8 turnovers.

But the worst part is probably how his body language looks terrible, he gets down on himself and he isn’t capable of powering through it and finding his shot.

  22. HotBigBagofWTF

First back-to-back of the season. Was obvious from the get go they were gassed. Pelicans hadn’t played since Wednesday. Just saying…

Still a lot of basketball left.

  23. itsahmemario

We got destroyed by Jonas and Herb. Zion and BI just put us out of our misery.

  24. ocgrillmaster

I know noone cares, but shoutout to the garbage time crew for covering my halftime bet. Love the effort

  25. Easy-Alfalfa-4961

Maybe it wasn’t just a bad ankle in the playoffs

  26. ryan9699

    It’s only game 3 on a back to back… it’s only game 3 on a back to back… it’s only game 3 on a back to back

  27. LongBow1971

Randle is an utter disaster ! No post game , dumb as a rock , and to top it all of , no backup PF amd thibs will play him 39 mins a game, Can never win with this guy

  28. zOmgFishes

Imagine having twice as many turnovers as shots made ☠️

  29. Thibs has to challenge that call on Hart where he got forearmed in the throat. We were in the bonus was basically a 4+ point swing.

Refs were doo doo. NO gotta have their home opener victory.

  30. So, the whole starting lineup minus Mitch and RJ (except those horrid +/-) didn’t show up. Wasn’t expecting Brunson to struggle shooting as much as he has to start things out.

  31. badquarter

DDV looks like he deals meth but uses more than he sells.

  32. I blacked out at the local bar at 3pm missed the game and skinned my knee what a bad day I also fell off my bike on the way home

  33. Fitz-magic1

The team is scrapping but offense has no flow to it. It’s early so don’t want to single out anyone in particular (cough) Randal

  34. Aside from Mitch and RJ being the most consistent players so far the only real issue I can see is the overlap we have have at guard with Grimes, D.D and Hart. Their skill sets are similar enough where I don’t really see the reason why we need to have all 3 on this team.
