I gotta say, watching Scoot play, I’m starting to question where all the hype came from. He’s 6’2″, doesn’t play above the rim, isn’t a particularly strong finisher and not a great shooter. So far he just dribbles into the middle of the D and throws terrible passes. I just kind of don’t get it yet.
His g league stats don’t really jump off the page either. 6.8 assists and 3.4 turnovers. And poor shooting percentages..
