Depends if Kidd decides to play Jokic stopper Lively or not imo. 50% sounds about right, either he does or he doesn’t.

We have a decent game last yr against this squad at 2-2 a piece but the last game was a bit of a garbage when the Mavs lost that one in Denver. Supporting cast and Lively will be the difference for this one. That spot will be crucial since Jokic is his counterpart and that could make the difference in this game. Hope to see Holmes and other guys inserted in the rotation.

We almost beat them in back-to-back games last season, blew them out by almost 30, and then lost by 1 point and then split the other 2 games. We also know that they’re the defending world champs, which I don’t care who you are, it always means that you’ll be using it as a measuring stick and will try to bring out your best game. The Mavericks have everything to prove and the Nuggets are going to take everyone’s best shot from here on out, which is why getting a back-to-back can be so hard. I give this game to the Mavs by 6. Oh and this is if Kidd is a non-factor, but something tells me that he’s not going to let Lively play against Joker and will send in someone that will get abused by Joker.
