You know, for a TON of folks it was stupid signing him for veteran minimum, as stupid as folks say it would be trading for Harden or Kyrie.
For me it was always a no brainer, if you can get a player that is a good rebounder able to average double digits for veteran minimum you just do that the same way if you can trade one of your walmart guards for a former star that is a great fit and still can play at a high level you just pull the trigger.
