There’s no way this is sustainable but even for just 3 games, for him to be holding opponents to under 38% at the rim and 12% from outside is just insane. Especially considering how sloppy those games were overall and that it includes a 40 pt blowout loss.

Bros defensive impact is already insane. So many times during the first 3 games players would see Wemby in the paint and not even think about shooting. Shit like that doesn’t show up in the box score but makes a tremendous difference, he’s already an all defensive player in his rookie season and he’s only gonna get better
Ok this is pretty ridiculous. I wouldn’t say the eye test matches the stats quite yet but numbers don’t lie.
