Hardin is a weird dude. He's not young anymore. I think he had a better chance in Philly than on the Clippers to win a chip. When you got Embiid and Maxey then you are in contention.
With the 76ers hiring Nick Nurse, they may very well open themselves up to the highly coveted young Toronto players soon to be free agents. I'm sure a lot of those guys loved playing for Nick. They won a championship together.
Rob must be a Harden stan.
Either we get Zach Lavine or OG Anunoby. Both would be great for us in different ways.

Anyone that thinks this was a bad Trade need to stick to playing 2k. A 34 year old James Harden is 34 years old. we got a lot of future Capital. We’ve got a Prime Embiid. We’ve got a young Star and we have lots of pointless expiring Contracts and 66m in Cap space. No one is lamenting the loss of Harden in Philly.

The 76ers didn't lose anything, they had a player who didn't want to be there and therefore had nothing to lose.

Crazy thing is, I saw James come into the dressing room and was greeted by Westbrook and there was another player there and it looked like an 8th guy in the team came in. James was a franchise player in Houston and has bounced around now and no one knows where he is in the food chain at the Clippers. Was better off staying in Houston and bowed out of the league as a Houston great rather than a headache he had become.
Sixers bench got longer and with Joel, Maxi and Tobias they will look at the semi finals of the East and take their chances. Remember, Miami got to the finals last year without superstard!

Harden could have opted out and became a free agent and the 76ers get nothing. Now they have picks to get a player this season and cap space to sign others during the off season.
