During the Hawks game I sent tech support an email thinking it was just me having issues, chat option was disabled which was weird but whatever. They responded two days later asking me what issues I experienced. Like the whole company wasn’t down…
If you’re subscribed through Apple try to request a refund in the App Store. I got one months payment refunded

It took me a bit, but I managed to cancel the season and get the entire season refunded today. Online chat got me nowhere. Had to stay on hold long enough to get the option to receive a call back (about 6 minutes) and then you finally get In the que
