Shouldn't the League give the winner of the tournament something more than just money and a trophy? Like something that helps the team either during this season or long term? If you're asking the teams to put extra effort into these games and risk injuries then shouldn't there be something valuable as a reward? NBA players and teams have a lot of money already if I'm not mistaken. They could give the team some kind of advantage in the playoffs or give them an improved pick in the draft or something like that. Something that makes it worth it and really gets people excited about the tournament.
wish we could ban referring to some adults as "adults" and implying others are non-adults. it's weird to infantilize huge, very strong, focused, driven, accomplished men. just find new words. while we're at it please stop with "batman" and "robin" analogy. it's creepy.

I'm all for it too, BUT I feel there's a missed opportunity tho: i feel like after group stage (knockout phase), West and East should've met already. Now it's ONLY in finals, like NBA play-offs, so it kinda feels like a condensed version of the play-offs, instead of something entirely new. 🤷♂️
