I’m not gonna lie y’all, after 4 years it straight up ain’t looking good for Poku. Mann is probably gone too at some point

Poku is probably fucked. Joe has more or less replaced Mann. Ous is probably going down to get as much playing time as possible.

If you’ve been in the league for 3/4 years and you’re being assigned to the G-League (outside of injury rehab) it’s probably not going to happen.

Desperately hoping Dieng pans out. I’ve been burned by so many “project players” that have untapped potential. Hopefully, Dieng will be able to show off in the G-League and make a bigger impact on games moving forward. I’ve liked what I’ve seen from him so far this year but it feels like he doesn’t have the opportunities he needs to get comfortable

  5. Probably not a good look for Poku or Mann.

Curious about Dieng because he has looked like a 10th man this year lmao. Maybe it’s for him to get more reps with the ball? He hasn’t really been aggressive off the dribble this season.

  6. I watchef pokus highlights the other day and was blown away how smooth he played and his game looks great. Im thinking poku will stick around.

I predicted in October 2020 that Poku would be back in Serbia after his rookie deal. That stretch he had last season might extend his career a year or two longer on a different team, but man. Awful.

This is likely the absolute last chance for Poku because the Thunder are giving him an opportunity to get important minutes with the Blue, which I suspect will be a few games, to help him get get desperately needed game minutes after his latest injury.

If he returns to the Thunder in a week or two and doesn’t show an immediate improvement and impact, then he will almost certainly be traded before the trade deadline for a second round pick, a project player coming back or a bag of peanuts.

It is now or never for Poku with the Thunder. It’s likely already too late for Mann.

This news is when the Poku memes have finally wore thin and folks gotta realize he ain’t what they were hoping. Nobody wants to see someone injured but life can’t wait for a mid to late 1st…
