Really liked this playcall from last night. Generates off-ball offense with both bigs starting beyond the 3pt line; puts Jalen in a position to finish, or if the entry pass is quicker, to pass out to Bogdanovic in the corner

They had a few plays like this last night. There was one that ws defended well by the pels in the first where trea initiated the play gave the ball to dj ran around the baseline around picks from jj, and capela to get it back from hunter (he got the ball from dj during Trea’s motion) for a open look. There was some hesitation from Hunter during the pass due to how well the pels defended it, but we are adding so much more movement that it has me excited.
Next time murray got the option to hit bogi in the corner
Wait, this looks familiar. The point guard walks the ball up the floor, and there are two shooters in the corner, a big man screening up top, and another big on the wing, but that’s where all the similarities end.
The point guard doesn’t use screen, the big man on the wing uses it. Jalen doesn’t know he’s supposed to drift further out on the wing, let Okungwu set the screen for Murray, allowing Okungwu to roll to the basket while DJ dribbles into a double team and forces up a mid range jumper in traffic. This isn’t Hawks basketball. /s
I’m starting to think this Quin guy knows a thing or two about basketball!
