So the teams with the best positive net rating make the playoffs, right?

Not surprise. We are 2nd in defensive rating but we are also 28/29th(off the top of my head) in offense. We are making it close with teams but we just can’t shoot right now

this team never quits, we stay in games. Would have been easy to fold against NOLA and MIL, especially with MIL going nuts from 3, but we stayed in those games and even took a late lead against MIL even without RJ. Once the schedule comes back to earth and Randle and JB get going we will go on a nice run.

Amazing that Atlanta is 6th in offensive rating despite Trae shooting like 25% from the field.

I can’t believe our defense has stepped up this much and offense fallen off this much from where last season ended lmao

Very encouraging sign Think we’ll be a very good team when it’s all said and done

Feels like the defense is the more likely sustainable stat and the offense HAS to progress up to the mean at some point, which is encouraging.
