Detroit Pistons played a good game and had the lead late against the Golden State Warriors, but Stephen Curry proved why he’s so great as he shut the door on the Pistons in the fourth quarter. The Pistons have many things to improve upon, but defensive rebounding has been the biggest culprit for the losses as of late; especially against the Warriors.

If our team could clone Stewart, Hayes, Sassar, Cade, Duren, and bogjanovich, wed win a chip.
Does most Pistons fans like to ignore the obvious? The team are dealing with injuries that kept getting worst. The opponents do get the calls but Cade gets hack in the paint without em. It seems Cade is playing handicapped with a non shooter lineup. The turnovers should go down once that is fixed. Killian still has a lot of potential for his size and what he brings with playmaking and defense. Also his a proffesional and not a locker room distraction.

Haha he hasn't mentioned Killian. OK. His memory of offensive rebounding was Killian playing defense and then nobody grabbing the rebound. My memory of this game is Killian cade and Sasser just giving up offensive rebounds. All 3 if them were awful at boxing out and securing a rebound. They finally had one where everybody boxed out and Killian punched it out. I didn't think ausar rebounded well either. 7 total rebound and 4 were offensive. Cade ausar and Killian all gotta help out when duren is out. This was a loss on the rebounding and defense to me. Hard to win games when you give up 120 and 17 offensive rebounds
Bad passing and no blocking out under the boards…also watching Cade in the first half he seemed like he was just going through the motions…might be me.
Golden State played down to there opponent and whooped on Detroit when it was time to win Detroit gonna be 3-16 by December back to the Draft they go selecting another guard no sense of direction chaotic Cade body language seems as if he wants out of Detroit

killian hayes blows. one decent game and the fan base likes this guy again… he’s so bad
Surprised, but Ku missed the most signficant development in this game. From the tap, Monte put the ball in Killian's hands as the actual PG and moved Cade off ball. A far more efficient offense. Also, when Killian runs the offense he gets (a limited number) of shots in rythm rather than being asked to bail out a failed possession with a last minute 3 pt shot acting as a spacing 2 guard. Cade still got his 20 plus points (on inefficient shooting) , but unfortunately 5 tunovers even with lower usage. They also got away from the balanced offense toward the end of the game and went back to Cade hero ball. Nevertheless, we hope Monte stays with Killian playing GP and Cade off ball at least until Morris and others get healthy.
BTW, I don't get Ku's statement that Weaver supports Hayes. If you support a young player you typically extend him. Weaver didn't. Now Weaver has put the Pistons in a bad spot. If Hayes continues to play well, Pistons will have to pay up (overpay?) to match other offers and keep him as a restricted free agent.

Ausar looked amazing. Dude is everywhere on the court. Rebounds, blocks, steals, finishing, 3s. I se shim becoming a close out star the next few years. He has the skill set to control a game.

Obviously it would be better to actually win the game, and we have to at some point. My stance on moral victories is that you kinda have to agree with it if youre gonna be a fan of a young team. You could choose to view everything through the lense of "if they dont actually win, theres nothing positive to take away", but that leads you down a path of anger and resentment. Better to enjoy the journey and cheer for the small improvements the team makes over time

Cade isn’t looking like our #1 guy. I had really high hopes for him, but he’s looking really sloppy out there. Killian looked pretty good out there, but he’s still passing up on taking open threes, which definitely hurts spacing.
Stew does have a beautiful, pump fake and a great first dribble off of it but I’d really like him to shooters please instead of all the fancy stuff.
