Outside of Roddy and Lofton, the 2022 class really hasn't impressed all that much.

They didn't win until they played loften. It's so obvious to everyone outside the grizzlies but I keep hearing why are they not playing loften. The Grizzlies front office seems to be metrics based and that's why they drafted Jake Labrickia and David Shoddy. Shoddy was atleast Mountain West player of the year. Not sure what they saw in Labrickia…
Why is Lofton making you nervous? He has held up defensively and has been the best offense out of that group

The grizzlies shoulda kept melton for sure he was better then tyus melton was a starter got into a lot of trouble early in his career but he was good for us and athletic and can shoot the 3 and also had handles
Let's face it we haven't hit on the draft in a minute! LaVaria was a horrible pick when we made it so I'm not surprised by it. Zaire needs to get stronger he can't guard anything because they just out muscle him. It is absolutely crucial that we hit this upcoming draft!

Another year of Grizzlies fans giving up on their prospects. Heard the same things about Santi and Ziaire in the past.
Jake LaRavia was listed as a guard coming out of college. He has played 0 minutes at guard in his career in the NBA.
Jake ain’t a bust. Taylor Jenkins is.
LaRavia is first round pick because Grizz FO made him. Same with Roddy. Both these guys were not even in top 30 on any draft board. Ziaire Williams was in high 20s on the draft board so he is not a top 10 draft pick for anyone but Grizzlies FO. All 3 guys are at best a 11-15th player on a team. So to say respect that they are are first round pick… for whom ? Only for Grizzlies FO, so cutting your loss is never a bad thing. Instead Grizz FO has picked up their options.
Grizz FO was drinking its own koolaid because Bane panned out. Santi is a flyer and hope he becomes a bigger contributor and that GG becomes a good player.. But don't tell me that anything else has been a true hooper in the Grizzlies draft picks. Ja was default 2nd pick and Grizzlies needed a PG, so it was a no brainer pick.. But a FO that has gone against conventional wisdom every draft has nothing but egg on its face.
