Bro look at who is 27th. Mavs should fire Jason Kidd too

Which is not surprising considering the Lakers are always down in the 1st qtr.

2-10 last season too. Looks really familiar.

Really want to know what Ham has to say about this but I don’t know if anyone has asked yet.

Just how coach drew it up

Just wait, we’ve been missing 3-4 rotation players regularly. Wait for the team to come together then sound of the alarm (if it’s still bad).

I provided this stat to someone and he called me a 15yo casual and just don’t understand the 100 unique sets Ham has this season 🤣💀

It’s a roster problem. Yes, Ham is probably not helping. But this roster is not athletic enough to keep up with young developing teams, and the collection of throw-aways from other teams has no idea how to put up any resistance against good, solid teams.

I looked back at all the 1st quarters from all the games we’ve played and this is our 1st quarter record after 8 games: 1-6-1 (Heat game tied 1st quarter). This is legit a coaching issue and unacceptable.
Edit: Changed Clippers to Heat

Is Jeanie Buss watching this???

I mean, watching the guy on the sideline and listening to him talk does he strike you as a guy that has an incredible game plan for each and every game?
You know damn well that shit isn’t happening 🤣

Replacing Ham won’t solve these issues. Ham isn’t even half of the problem with this team. These guys aren’t even trying in the first quarter. They don’t start playing basketball until they’re already down by 15 in the 4th quarter.

Not an effort problem?
I mean, if there’s one glaring thing about this team is the lack of effort.

I’m kinda starting to think this first qtr deficit thing is indicating a larger issue with LA sports. Something about the bright lights makes our teams look lethargic/relaxed in the beginning of games.
USC football and LA Rams play the exact same way—no sense of urgency in the beginning. Until later in the game where they HAVE to play.
It’s like waiting till the last minute to study for your finals.
Not sure what the reason is but there’s definitely a fucking pattern here. Maybe it’s the pressure put on these teams to win is what causes it.

I did some math, before Heat Game, we were outscored, in average, by 11 points in first quarters.
