The starters kinda have a weird rhythm lately tbh. They’re the older group, so they probably feel more tired due to the travelling and stuff. That said, it’s kinda hard to always be on catch up mode when the starters arw having a slow start.
I really won’t be surprised if Kuminga will take Wiggs’ starting spot this season to give a spark to that group. They need his motor imo. Wiggs didn’t have a bad game, but he’s still not his usual self which ofc in part due to the injury. Maybe coming off the bench against bench players will help him acclimate better.
Annoying game in my perspective. We had several chances to win, but blown calls and being unlucky costed us. Imo, Kuminga should’t have been taken out. He was huge in the 3rd and 4th to regain the lead and Saric wasn’t scoring well anyway. Still proud all in all.
Moody should be getting way more mins than 17 per game.
Probably gonna get downvoted for saying this, but I honestly believe not having a reliable second option is gonna come back and fuck us again like it did last year. Wiggins and Klay just don’t look like they can be consistent enough for that role anymore
