Ants been the alpha ever since kats injury that knocked him out 55 games last year. There's no tension between them, and no drama that indicates kat doesn't like ant being the top dog. I don't know why people act like kat might have an issue, or the timberwolves don't realize its ants team. Its been Ants team. Its been Ants team for almost a year now. In fact, arguments can be made that its been ants team ever since the Clippers play in game. He's the number 1 option and theres no drama.
When Jimmy Buckets tried to chest up Ant early in his 19yo rookie year and Ant just grinned at him was the first clue. Edwards looks at the other big dogs in the league and wants ALL of it….He's got that MJ, Kobe gene.
not surprised since antman came ! :)) my first time to collect nba cards coz of him ! very unique player ! he got everything ! improving his game at high rate now ! assiting teammates… ppl got surprised because of his teammates got better lately… but they tend to get sloppy to weaker teams. hehe
Idk how the athletic could be so good in writing and struggle so much in podcasts. Here’s the wolves playing their best in years if not decades, and these dudes spend 5 of 7 talking about anything but what happens on the court. Just full of old and uninteresting talking points and even the “insider” trade talk was a huge waste of time.
Why are Sam and Fred speculating about off the court trade drama ?
Wolves are the #1 Def in the NBA after 7 games; talk about why and how, talk about the growth of Jaden McDaniels as a POA defender, talk about how Gobert is looking like his old self and actually has perimeter defensive help now.
