The absence of James Harden has also benefitted Tobias Harris in Philly. His scoring is up to just under 20 ppg so Harris could be that 3rd star and his scoring could go up. The combo od Embiid, Maxey, and Harris could be all Philly needs.
Tbh i think the sixers should trade everthing for bridges. Or go after caruso. Massai is gonna want way too much for og.
As a sixers fan, if we trade with the bulls it better be for caruso.
If the Sixers were looking to Chicago for a trade, Lavine ain't the guy. Caruso would be a nice add, no ego winning player kinda guy. I would argue that Demar is the playmaker they should go after. We haven't had a chance to see him in the playoffs but my bet is solid offensive reliability and serviceable defense are valuable traits that he possesses. He sure wouldn't be a liability on the floor and his calm presence in the locker room would be better than Marcus Morris and a couple of future picks.
Sixers did get unprotected 2028, and they wanted mann to flip him for anothet pick.
If healthy, the sixers beat the celtics and certainly whoever comes out of the west. Youre underestimating maxey and the connectibity batum adds.
Philly should focus on Caruso and another backup ball handler and save the assets/cap space for the summer.
They don’t need a Star, they need an Elite 3/D Sg that would allow Melton to return to a 6th man role
They need someone who’ll create a tough defensive matchup for the best Guards in the League, while Harris/Oubre/Covington/Batum switch off on the elite Wings
All of you hoping for Raptors to fall to get their players will be waiting until sky fall from the moon.
We seen the top heavy story a few times with them.. they need Caruso from Chicago and OG from Toronto and keep their depth

Don't need another star. Sixers need depth: defense, bench scoring, another big who can play real 5 minutes. PR is awesome, he's not a 5.
Nothing matters if Joel isn't healthy. Less minutes, better health – depth.
