I commented about the environment in the forum in the game thread but just got back. The atmosphere in there genuinely was one like the whole crowd was going to jump the refs. A decent chunk of people went over to the tunnel the refs went down and gave them a piece of their mind. I can’t remember seeing fans that angry at refs. Sure, an occasional “refs you suck” but that had to be the angriest I’ve ever seen the forum/fanbase against the zebras. And it was deserved.
All that said the second quarter defensive effort plus them making everything that quarter was incredibly demoralizing. If we don’t have to makeup so much ground maybe we win that one still. It’d be nice if a team could just miss a couple 3s against us. Even if the defense isn’t there.
