Small, 9-game sample size to start the year is a given, but the bottom line on these Jayson Tatum numbers? With Tatum on the court, the Celtics would have the NBA’s best offense AND best defense. Without him, the NBA‘s worst offense and #26 defense.

We’ve won in so many blowouts in this small sample, that this may largely be a reflection of where the PP+3rd stringers lineups rank league-wide. Obviously, not gonna be great. I would guess Zingy and JB have similar “impact” stats.
This is some MVP stats like shit. Are their any players like Tatum when they are not also in the court?
JT has been awesome but like others have pointed out, we’ve crushed the lesser teams and I’m curious what the lineup break downs look like.
