  1. Problem with Lavine is he’s another non defender. This team is better when we have multiple plus defenders out there.

  2. Itwasthelag2324

Need to get Caruso in the deal as well to make it worth it

  3. Hotbullets2die

If it’s LaVine ánd Caruso I just might be cool with it. Caruso and Reaves, name a more iconic duo.

  4. DetDipstick

Who would we trade now? Aren’t most of our trade assets locked until December?

  5. Dlo, Rui, Gabe + filler for Lavine and Caruso works money wise. Not saying if it happens

  6. gleamgrl

he went 5-19 last night, we don’t need another iffy shooter on this team, so funny that we’re entertaining trade ideas when we were just bragging this summer about being the deepest team in the league, we gotta stop this shit, this team is fine, this obsession with bringing a 3rd star on board (AGAIN) is getting on my nerves

  7. Rentfreelakerfan

Here come the fan fiction trades 😢

  8. theseustheminotaur

Really hope he goes somewhere else

  9. gbcolor2024

To all you idiots who keep saying we should get him we would likely have to trade:
    – DLO
    – Gabe Vincent
    – Austin Reaves
    – 1st Round Pick

Not only would we have no Shooting Guard depth we would also have no point guard on the team

Hmm depends on the asking price contract is high so it shouldn’t be that high….

  11. Idk, he can’t defend, contract is really expensive, and trade price will probably be high

  12. Seasplash

This guy is averaging 40.9% from the field. No thanks.

  13. Bigpoppalos

Hell no. We need to focus on defense. Offense will come

  14. vultureattacksquad

Lavine is kind of an empty stats guy, and plays no defense, we should pass on him. We should wait for them to dump lavine, and then make a trade for caruso

  15. KingNephew

Would love to have him but his salary is so high, it’ll deplete the depth. And you’d want Caruso as well to help defensively but that reaches $50M in salary.

Best thing for this team would probably just be getting Caruso. But it’ll cost Prince/JHS salary wise, maybe Bulls will just view JHS as the draft compensation.

    D’lo/Caruso/Vando/LeBron/AD

    Gabe/Reaves/Reddish/Rui/Wood

I think you solve Reaves/D’lo defensively weaknesses if they’re always paired with a Caruso, Vando, Gabe and Reddish. And also allows Rui to get far more minutes with Prince out the way.

It’d be dumb to take any deal with him idc if Caruso or anyone is in it. A max player who is going to be your 3rd option most likely maybe 2nd option who can’t play defense. Teams seam to play better without him. He got paid and as long as he gets his 20+ppg on 20+ shots he doesn’t care. He won’t be cheap to get in a trade either. No point in even entertaining a deal for him

  17. UllrCtrl

I’d rather trade for Caruso unless the Bulls acting price is way too high

  18. _Zap_Rowsdower_

I have a feeling the Lakers will make a push for Caruso not so much for Lavine which is ok with me.

  19. Physical-Lie-345

No diss, too much salary for his inconsistent production.

  20. Public-Product-1503

Caruso is literally unplayable eith vando or even with reddish . And we extended vando long term as a project as he slowly getting better. This sub is full of folk who forget his time here, he was left wide open n passed out of it

  21. Lavine is not a winner. Only thing bro has done is win the dunk contest.

  22. StoneColdAM

Not worth it but potentially getting one of their role players could be good. I would absolutely bring Caruso back, he’s a great defender and is serviceable on offense. Plus I bet team chemistry would go up with him back in LA. I expect Spurs or GSW to try to get him also.

  23. hgdeathstroke

Does Lavine excel at attacking the rim? What’s the advanced stats on that. I don’t care if he’s injury prone or missing threes. Our whole team is injury prone and missing threes. If he can successfully put pressure on the rim and has gravity from 3 that’s all we need. This trade only works for us if Caruso is add-on. Otherwise, we just need an additional rim pressure guard/forward and a big that is simply better at rebounding and everything than Hayes. A POA defender like Caruso would make us contenders if we satisfy those three in a trade or multiple trades:

    1) Rim pressure guard/forward
    2) Serviceable big that rebounds well
    3) POA defender

  24. TorontoRaptors34

I hope he goes to the Heat Jimmy is my 2nd favorite player next to Bron and I really want him to get a star.

  25. motorboat_mcgee

It’d be another Westbrook situation for us, so…. I fully expect us to do it if we continue to struggle 😐

  26. We don’t have anything to trade until Dec 15. Move along.

  27. KnickedUp

Pay a 1 way oft injured player 50m per year? Not another. He is empty calories

  28. percbandit

Prince/JHS for Caruso, no 1st rounders. Lakers aren’t gonna trade for a star unless they think he can be with AD post-LeBron.
