If he’s going to the heat, I’d love if we can get herro in the trade as a 3rd team. Defense would be a concern but maxey and herro align age wise and would give Philly incredible shooting around embiid. Obviously who ever plays the 3 and 4 would have to be defensive minded.
Seems like a roundabout way of saying nothing. For the bulls to embrace the tank moving Lavine and Derozan (who is an expiring) seems like a priority
I don’t think that Lavine is likely the right guy for us to move on, but I definitely worry that we’re overreacting to our offensive success right now. Maxey looks like a different player entirely, which I think is real, but each year, we get into the 2nd round of the playoffs, and our offense falters heavily (less so than our defense imo).
I guess I’m just not sold on Caruso’s offense, he’s a smart player and fits well, but he’s not gonna be taking many shots. It’s why someone like Oubre has made such a difference, he’s just aggressive and unafraid to fire things up
Alex Caruso is THE most overrated player in the league. If he didn’t play with LeBron for 3 years on the Lakers no one would have any clue who he is. When he was on the Sixers summer league squad I legit thought he was one of the worst pro players I had ever seen.
Caruso is 7 ppg and not a good 3 point shooter, to win vs celtics bucks and heat if they trade lowry and trash for lavine we would need a much bigger trade than fuckin caruso
That’s funny. I was thinking yesterday that LeBron would definitely try and chase another “superteam” and make them go after Lavine. Should try and do a 3 team trade and get Austin Reaves.
