Migraines can last 72 hours if untreated… However, I assume this dude has the best medical resources in the world.
That said, long-term solution for migraines maps to diet. People jump through hoops trying to fight those things and a lot of people who got them under control swear that they altered their diet. I’m really hoping RJ is seeing a dietitian or nutritionist.
