  1. I agree, LaVine doesn't move the needle, and his $45+ for next 3 years, that's a hard pass.

  2. Who wants that contract? Raptors? Pls No. We need to OFFLOAD contracts.

Id rather a 3 team trade with pascsl and lavine going to a fringe contender and bulls raps get youth and draft capital.

Im eating crow on poetl contract. Solid pick setter but not a great fit for that money. After watching Scottie ALL-STAR cook out there i really do think we NEED a stretch big until koloko can pull it off.

  3. I would love for us to trade Siakam for Lavine and with throw in a Lottery Protected First Rounder in the future and 2 2nd Round picks for Lavine.

They were hoping to retool so put Siakam in a place with a Stretch 5 and a teammate that he loves in Derozen I believe he stays there makes Chicago a better team and makes us a better team but for Chicago fan sake we give them a few picks purely because they hope for more value

  4. Its a no for me man.

The question you have to ask is," will you get to the conference finals him? "

Looking at his history, the answer is no. He has a losing record with two B-C tier stars on Chicago. That's pretty all we have on the Raptors right now.

Getting rid of Spicy P for Zach feels like a lateral move for us. I personally think the Raps need to take the OKC rebuild blueprint. Trade out as many assets for picks as possible. Then with a bunch of firsts, seconds and cash from expiring, try to build a big 3 around Barnes over the next 4 years.

  5. I don't think it's insane, Zack fits Raptors pretty well. The only thing that doesn't make sense is his contract

  6. Toronto isn't resigning both siakam and O.G, they need to figure out which one they see as a piece going forward and use the other in a trade. I would make the Lavine trade and trade either siakam or o.g for something.

  7. please no, his defense and basketball IQ is not the greatest. Shooting help yes, but not a leader, injury prone. Save the money for OG

  8. barely worth a comment; no chance we trade Pascal for the overpriced, wonky kneed Lavine.

  9. It's time to dismantle the team. We have been living too much off the 2019 championship and it's time to rebuild and trade for fresh talent. Trading Siakam for LaVine would be a great get as both Scottie and Zach would compliment eachother as both are explosive guards. cap filler will be interesting. I thank Siakam for his service and 2019 championship. I hope the club retire his number

  10. This raptors team is not in any position to give up assets for a star players. This team is garbage right now and its not something that can be fixed by brining in a new player

  11. We cant give up picks especially since this trade will not move the needle. No thanks. if they want tent and boucher, sure. But no draft picks

  12. Zach Lowe..Lol…Realy, common man, that guy is not credible, his a clown. NO 2 Lavine, we need 2 move guys out and start rebuild with, Scottie, Gradey and OG..good luck signing OG, management f&%% that up, royalty…

  13. Siakam for Lavine? Sure, why not. Siakam's on an expiring contract, but the Raptors are on the hook for Lavine's big pay day. Would be an instant improvement for Toronto, given the current roster dynamics.

  14. Zach Levine is a good player making superstar money. Reminds me of Rudy Gay. I think the outcome would be the same – they’d be looking to move him in a year or two. Please don’t trade draft picks for him.

  15. IMO, siakam isn't a good fit with scottie. Their strengths and weaknesses are too similar. If I have to choose between OG and siakam this summer, I'm keeping OG, due to his age, price and off ball abilities. Siakam is the better player, but his game centres around iso ball, midrange and drives, which only works if you have star level shooters

  16. Ben's the same guy who wanted to resign FVV, trade for BEN SIMMONS and extend siakam btw. Usually the opposite of Ben's takes are better for the team lmao

  17. LOL.. who the hell actually thinks getting Lavine is an actual good idea? Some Raptors fans says the darndest things.🤣

  18. To be honest I’d rather mathurin over lavine. One has a timeline that matches much better not saying that can happen

  19. Levine would be great if he was a $20-30 million contract. At $43 mill and rising? I don't see any trade that would make that worthwhile.

  20. Schroeder overrated. Toronto front office has made poor decisions in the last few years—trading away Pascal for Levine defeats the purpose of enhancing a run. Get rid of Achuwa, McDaniels, Poeltl and picks, although that’s not likely, because Toronto spent Lamborghini money on a 2004 KIA with Poeltl.

  21. Ehh Lavine feels too old for what we need. Maxey type guy would’ve been amazing but now obviously off the table.
