  1. Not a hockey fan but I'll say the Stars have the better season but the Mavs have the brighter future. Look at everyone under 25: Luka (still just 24), Hardy (21), Green (23), OMax (21), Grant Williams (24), and Lively (19). That's a seriously decent starting group in 2-3 years….might be missing a solid power forward but you could legit run those guys out there and win a lot of games.

And please don't over-react to that Pelicans loss. Yes, they got out-played. But the refs were calling a joke of a game. It should've been a lot closer than it was if Luka and others would get just HALF of the calls that they normally get. The Mavs probably still lose that one but at least it would've been interesting to see if it was close if Luka and/or Kyrie had some 4th quarter magic.

  2. I’m a huge Stars and Mavs fan. With that being said I’m not really buying into this mavs team. They live and die by the 3 ball and they are soft in the paint on defense. Not a great recipe for success in the post season. Stars don’t really have a legit weakness they are an all around a great team from what I’ve seen so far.
