Bilal Coulibaly has been a top 5 rookie thus far as evidenced in the syndication of all traditional stats. Bilal is on a bottom 3 team which is the reason for his great performance in the early days of the season being overlooked.

   Best thing about Bilal’s stats (or lack thereof) is that his worse stats, FT and shooting percentages, are likely to go up a lot over the next couple of years just by looking at the guys form. It’s incredible the motion he has already with a 7’2” wingspan, these type of forms with percentages that are low often improve.

   Just don’t put him with whoever Johnny Davis’ shooting coach is..

   I will say on the last ep of the Mismatch, Kevin O’Conner gave Bilal a nice shout out and went over how well he’s been playing. Said he’s one of the best rookies so far this year.
