The Toronto Raptors went to Orlando to face the Magic team. One team approached the game with preseason intensity. The other was playing for their in-season tournament lives. Leadership showed. Jalen Suggs and Paolo Banchero flexed all over the dinos.
The Raptors looked genuinely shell-shocked, and apart from a 6 minute stretch to close the first half, they were beat to loose balls, slow on rotations, and generally dribbled the air out of the basketball. They failed to execute, Darko Rajakovic was thoroughly out-coached again, and it’s time to have some serious questions about chemistry, leadership, coaching, and the overall fit of this roster.
