Trade kyrie to the lakers in place of hachimura, reeves and dlo , a good exchange in favor of mavs. Kai needs championship with lebron mavs is not kyrie's team it is luka's . Kai will be happy, comfortable and can use all his expertise and potentials with his buddy james in the lakers and win another championship

FYI. You mentioned the Mavs went 9-6 in the 88-89 season and missed the playoffs. For context though, that was the year Roy Tarpley was hurt and suspended for substance abuse around mid January. The team did miss the playoffs, but made the playoffs again the next year.
If Lively sits out next game the starter should be Holmes and play Omax as a back up big. You can still play Powell but not more than 8-10mins
