watch this video with no sound lmao. he’s one of those people that just look like they are cursing someone out when they are talking about regular shit.

  2. nibbinoo8

how do i attain a modicum of KG’s passion?

  3. Cyberathlete_23

nba media is the worst of the big four sports. its not focused on teams, or current play. its just questions like “whats your historic starting lineup” over and over.

  4. burnerbabyburns

KG is a top 5 oldhead all time and it’s not close

  5. biinroii01

kg insane every comment hes like countering himself hes like

“fuck the past, jerry west was cool”

“stop comparing, i guess its okay to compare a little”

    lol wtf

  6. Balls_of_Adamanthium

Yeah some of these old heads are insecure and lame as fuck for hating on today’s players. KG basketball opinions are valid because he actually keeps with it. I appreciate vets like KG and AI who elevate today’s players instead of putting them down to make themselves feel better.

  7. benevolentnihilsm

KG calling this man Steve and making him uncomfortable with lil Stevie’s nono words is why KG should be a first ballot HOFer.

  8. Which_Hawk_7712

Love KG. His infectious passion is what originally got me into the game

  9. whiskeyinthejaar

I always wanted to see Tarantino and KG in a room together talking about literally anything in life.

  10. NoelVerDine

READ KG’S CHIRON: THAT’S A MAN WHO KNOWS WHAT BALL IS. LISTEN TO HIM.

  11. JabroniWithAPeroni

KG is a loon who just loves basketball and competition more than life itself.

Clips like this should make it clear that his antics on the court were never really an act. Dude is a basketball nut job.

  12. LeeNathanPaige

I need you to back up from the camera a lil bit KG damn

  13. CabbageStockExchange

Well said. I just love basketball. I don’t get getting so hung up on how things were in the past. I just wanna see some freakishly talented athletes put an orange ball through a hoop

  14. cock-a-dooodle-do

Love KG. Man has so much passion. Got me ready to hit the gym and pump some iron.

  15. GriegVeneficus

Speak for yourself. The NBA has it all these days, entertainment on and off the court.

It’s a tinderbox of savagery and emotion.

  16. For someone who can’t pronounce ‘equivalent’ he speakin facts

  17. adingdingdiiing

The funny thing is, the actual greats (like Bird, Magic, and Isiah) have also constantly spoken up about how great the game is now. Heck, Bird even delivered a speech about it in front of a crowd. It’s always those mid-tier guys who have the “back in my era” mentality.

  18. Existing_Poem_7858

This era is BY FAR most talented and most stucked.

We have so many 30+ great superstars

We have so many great European, Canadians etc

We have so many young and super young talented players

And also much more good role players then ever

  19. ngl this is looking like one of the better NBA seasons of the last 10 years

  20. Salamat_osu

KG is one of those old heads that appreciates the game and it’s come up. Iverson as well, respect these dudes who don’t dwell on their era

  21. prodigus01

I love the respect he gave to Joker right there.

Oddly enough, I always thought KG might be the only player that could’ve matched up with him defensively.

  22. burbank2broward

Garnett has been on one lately. haha love to see it.

  23. He makes a good point. No other major sport seems to minimize its current players and idolize the past quite like the NBA.

Baseball, for example, seems to be the complete opposite. Seems like every year there’s a new hyped player and an understanding that the game evolves and players get better. Players come in like Trout, Judge, Ohtani and the fans and media actually embrace their greatness. I never see any discussions like, “Well those guys wouldn’t have been able to face Nolan Ryan or Pedro Martinez in their prime.”

  24. danrod17

Damn it. When some one you hate makes a great point.

I’ve been a KG hater for as long as I can remember. He keeps making great points and I’m starting to like him.

I’ll still hate KG the player, but KG the dude is actually pretty awesome.

  25. Tearz_in_rain

I’ve been watching since the late 80s, and I miss prime Barkley and Stockton, and Magic and Bird, and Jordan etc.

But this is spot on. We’ve never seen a league so deep and so talented.

In the 90s… we lost Bird, Magic, and Zeke early to health issues. We saw talented players like Reggie Lewis, Len Bias, Petrovic, and Gathers die before they got to their prime or even got on the court.

The we saw super stars like Grant Hill and Penny see their careers shot down by injury.

Now? We have LeBron, KD, Curry, Harden, and Westbrook STILL playing. That’d be like having Magic, Bird, and Zeke still playing when Kobe and Shaq were together.

We have talents from around the world: Giannis, Embiid, Luka, Sabonis, and of course Joker. Back then, there weren’t that many GREAT European players and the ones that we had either never got to the NBA or came late.

In the 90s? What did Canada have to offer outside of Bill Wennington? Now we got Shai, Wiggins, Murrya, Dort, Brooks.

And America is STILL bringing up the best talent in the world.

We are so lucky right now to have such a deep and competitive league.

  26. ButtonMashKingz

This is facts, everyone’s so focused on MJ being the GOAT that they won’t acknowledge the greatness that’s happening today

  27. cancercureall

I’m revoking his invitation to the haters ball.

  28. Iliketothrowaway2456

I absolutely love the take, and it’s even better hearing it from a psycho like KG 😂

Love hearing him and Pierce talk ball
