That wilt run DeMar went on in his first season here really set this team back for the future. It gave the front office false hope that they might have a superstar on their hands. It gave him ultimate confidence and green light and it put the team under his mercy. The way DeMar plays just isn’t conducive to winning in today’s game. Allowing him Every opportunity to flourish in his own way hindered the development of the young guys, forced our best scoring option (Zach) into just a spacing threat and forced us to play an extinct style of play. I’m not solely blaming him for this failure of a team but having DeMar as one of your top options caps you as a team tremendously.
We subbed Carter (+13) for Demar (-30) and the game fell apart.
On pace for 24 wins and that is SOOO much better than the 30 wins a tanking team with cap space, picks, and young players would get
