I think KP knows not to risk it even if it’s a slight chance. He KNOWS he has to stay healthy. Hopefully it’s nothing serious.

At his height, these things can linger for a while. Had a foot injury this Summer too

Not too bad is right, that’s fuckin horrible😂

Dude jumped 4 inches off the ground that’s all it took?

God I hope it’s not, a lot of injuries don’t necessarily look all that assuming tho when watching them

  5. I just hope the calf injury doesn’t turn into an Achilles tear…

Was the injury on the foul or the shot? It looked like he could have gotten a Charlie horse on his calf after the ball fake and on the blow by, hopefully that’s all it is and the trainers can work it out. I like being cautious, screw the IST.

  7. Non contact is the worst way to get injured. He’s going to miss several weeks minimum.

Anyone know what the score was when he went down?

This was not the moment of the injury tho, he ws already limping after previous Magic attack, so hopefully it’s nothing too serious as he could still move and make a basket after a whistle.

The worry about calf injuries is they can turn into Achilles tears if not fully healed. See Kevin Durant and Aaron Rodgers. You basically don’t fuck around…if there is any weird sensation or discomfort, you don’t play. This is where it’s important KP be honest with the doctors and team.

Looked to be on the jump, hopefully just a simple cramp.

  12. Yeah this is worse than I thought. Non contact is the nightmare scenario.

Lmao how he get injured from jumping man being tall must suck body fragile as hell

He was limping already running down the court the play before. It didn’t happen here.

Speaking from personal experience, calves are not to be fucked around with. That said, hope he’s back sooner rather than later.

This wasn’t the play, it was the one before this. I’m thinking the fact he was still able to make some moves, and maybe he felt some discomfort and decided to call it is a good sign. Too bad, he was going full blown Jokic around this time and Scal was raving about it.

Man’s injury prone knew this when they traded for him.
