[Uthayakumar] Raptors have scored at least 95 points per 100 in the halfcourt in 5 straight games. 107.1 vs Chicago tonight, 105.2 at Indiana, 98.7 at Orlando, 130.6 vs Detroit, 100.0 vs Boston. They only did it twice in their first 11 games of the season.

They’re starting to believe.
Getting there. Siakam being the first option with Scottie being second is working. Most teams don’t have guys that can deal with both of them, especially when Scottie is going full tilt. He’s having all NBA impact in a smaller role.
On top utilizing the gravity of Pascal in the post better, our bench has really stepped it up.
Malachi is moving the ball well and getting good shots. Gary is knocking down his open 3s. Boucher is hustling on the boards. Otto is providing solid stable minutes with spacing. Even Precious who has been in and out of the lineup with injury put out a great performance last night making some really nice passes and being all over the boards.
If our bench can just be average this team should be better than .500.
Teams send help to Pascal much more resulting in advantage creation. I know there are some in this subreddit that HATES this, but it’s a good blueprint for Scottie’s growth as well. Find that one “move” that teams have to respect and send additional defenders, then pass along the advantage.
I hope to see some more Pascal / Scottie PnR, every time they’ve done it, it has been lethal
[Pascal Siakam’s usage through the first 11 games: 24.2% Pascal Siakam’s usage through the last 5 games: 27% Pretty direct correlation there between his involvement and the half-court offense being better.](https://x.com/justesbaraheni/status/1728492357778370747?s=46&t=sbk6yuyliVaFRQjBUBJCMQ)
Bad defences… lets see after the halfway mark
I’m liking this trend and hope it continues!!!
