  1. adelphotes

    On track for 68-14

Wemby showing some aggression love it

    GSG

  2. s3thcience

yo the team is improving. from giving up 120+ pts to 130+ pts.

  3. 1920sComedyAct

I think it’s time for pop to go. And please never use sochan again as a point guard.

  4. notmarkcubaniswear

ALMOST time to have that pop convo

  5. Spiritual_Echo_1000

We had starters playing preseason minutes and kept them out in the last 5 min with a winnable lead left. Dont tell me we’re not tanking

  6. At this point, I’m just looking for entertainment. And we deserved to have one more round of Wemby and Jokic.

  7. Bonesawisready5

Very good game by Wemby, but the boys look lost out there without him. We need to trade for a PG or a creator ASAP. Sochan is so passive and just looks like he doesn’t want to do this anymore. Every day I lean more toward trading for Lavine if it means we can also get Coby White in there

  8. Aussie_Spur

The only positive out of the entire season is watching Wemby and Vassell.

And our head coach has the audacity to call out our fan base who spend their hard earned money watching this shit show booing a player who left us after winning a championship with the franchise.
I’m done with Pop. And I’ll probably get roasted for saying this. But I don’t care.

  9. whynotletitfly6

Wemby only playing 25 minutes is… something

  10. Raspadit

Pop in the course of breaking another record, the Spurs losing streak, yeah!!

That was NOT a morale victory nor an improvment.

    Time to have an intervention…

  11. we need more devontae minutes, probably over tre atm

champenie buns i hope hes filler in any trades we do

shoutout to wemby and devin tho.

  12. SquandasNutCheese

Losing by 12 to the defending champs, not bad, I’ll take it. Obviously the loss sucks, just as much as the last 11, but you have to find positives somewhere…

  13. Wemby going off and Pop only playing him 24 minutes is just pathetic coaching. We also have a 3 day break coming up. Pop is awesome, he really is but it’s time for him to call it quits man. He just has not been a good coach.

Sure you might want to develop Sochan by playing him at PG but it’s been 17 games now and he’s STILL not fucking passing to wide open easy shots to Wemby.

This is just not fun to watch. It’s not a well coached team. This is just beyond ridiculous at this point.

  14. Bonesawisready5

Bro how tf was Wemby negative rating? The fouls. 3 TOs but not that bad. 6 steals, 4 blocks, not bad shooting, how ?

  15. Wemby and starters needed the experience against the champions I don’t care if we lose. Joker left the game at a minute left and we started bringing bench with close to 7 mins

  16. hectorRdz1201

So I guess I’ll be the one to ask the obvious: why didn’t Wemby play more minutes? We don’t play again until Thursday, so rest should not be an excuse. If anything, it would be valuable for the young kid to get all the minutes he can playing against the finals mvp. I’m genuinely confused.

  17. oceanfloors1

Sonic brought back the garlic butter bacon cheeseburgers, so that’s cool.

  18. Why the hell would Pop wave the white flag ??!! Come on now… every time Wemby was on the floor with Jones the Spurs came back…

  19. manato20

10 min left to the game pop said naaahh and took wemby out

  20. 789Trillion

For one possession, one brief possession, we had Tre, Vassell, Keldon, Jeremy, and Wemby. It’s the lineup we should be playing a lot more, for many reasons. Most importantly, it’s actually good, but we seem to be avoiding it like the plague. Why do we think that is?

    It’s cause we’re tanking. *sigh….*

  21. Tight-Transition-364

Pop really said if Sochan can’t play, neither can the other starters.

  22. msolelh1027

Yeah I get it Pop we are tanking, but can we win a few more games now and then?

  23. Raspadit

I don’t know how Victor feels, but if I was 1st draft on an excellent organisation, but a tanking team at the same time, I won’t be happy.

  24. TTUSpurs_fan

Really hoping that now we’re approaching the 20 game mark we start making huge changes. I have total faith in Pop as a coach but from the outside looking in it makes no sense. We shy away from line ups that work well together, we make the same mistakes every game and then tonight we flat give up on a game while we’re making a run to be competitive.

  25. hectorRdz1201

So, here’s the thing: Our fanbase is obviously having to come to the conclusion on our own, that we are indeed tanking. If (and that’s a big if) we are, why would Pop come out and say “this season is about winning”? People pay their hard earned money to watch this team put up a fight, not have him keep the starters sitting as we slowly start to make a comeback. Obviously he’s not going to blatantly come out and say we’re tanking, but don’t lie to the fans and say we’re about winning now. In his own words, “it’s not classy”.

  26. Empty-Mall-1636

Not y’all still watching for wins, tank is in motion!!

  27. Imaginary-Cycle-1977

Everyone in here is melting down about Wemby not playing 5 more garbage time minutes, but I’m ticked off about Pop holding Dev back still. Last two games we’ve got our asses handed to us in the 3rd while Dev sits why not bring him back in sooner?

  28. Neckrolls4life

I think the way Victor’s teammates fail to convert his passes in rhythm 4 out of 5 times bothers me more than anything else. But like everything else, that will come with time.

  29. OGWallenstein

Yall are upset and I get it, but like holy shit. Let’s relax a bit, most reasonable people didn’t think we were a playoff team. Obviously we weren’t expecting us to simultaneously struggle this bad but we’re a young team, most rebuild teams have gone through this and we’re just the next.

There is glimpses of who we’re gonna be like when we saw Tre-Dev-Jeremy-Keldon-Vic running the floor. We gotta get a center and point guard in the draft, because I don’t think there is any way y’all thought we were getting far with Tre and Zach starting. They are great backups but we need a more solid solution.

Lastly, I feel like it was said quite a bit over the offseason by our front office that we needed to see who would stick around and who wouldn’t. So overall, relax, give it time. Wemby is a rookie, Jeremy is a sophomore, and Dev is just coming into his own. We just need time to cook.

  30. ConstantineMonroe

Point Sochan is like watching Sam Henke and the process. Intentional tanking
