It was a flop but it was also a foul wich they didn’t call. If Luka would get those calls he wouldn’t have to flop.
Dillon clearly caught his hand from the side right after he released the ball. If it was someone like Steph or Lebron shooting, I think they would easily get a foul call for this, even if the contact was marginal.
To be honest that was a flop, not a foul either, marginal contact on the hand after the shot. In Lukas defense he got clobbered last game all the time way worse than this.
