Toronto Raptors star Pascal Siakam has once again been named in trade reports as the Atlanta Hawks are monitoring his availability as the Raptors have hit a bit of a rough stretch. Additionally, Charles Barkley has called out Toronto to blow up the team. Ben Rogers breaks it all down.

If we can trade pascal, for hunter griffin and kobe im happy with that. We need something before we get nothing and finally pick a direction to rebuild. But masai has been trash since the chip and has been so reluctant to rebuild. I think he needs to be fired same with boy toy bobby
Ironically pascal is the Raptors only star. Trade everyone else. Trading pascal only ensures their worse.

Atlanta is a bad trade partner. Houston, Orlando, OKC, are all better options for the raps.
Keep Paskal and OG. Trade Grady Precious. Thad.. Otto. Jalen Boucher Flynn trent..Trent… GIve Harper junior 10 games to proof himself after you bring him up to the big club.. Cut him loose and sign another he does not show signs he can help.. He has been given enough time to beable to help now… Keep our core of Barnes Siakam OG.. We also need a centre that can facilitate and score/ shoot in the backup spot
I watch every raptors game with my kids. They need a superstar and 2 depth bench players that can shoot a 3 when needed , wishful thinking lol Put Chris Paul on the raptors and they become a different team. Not even Paul , someone who dribble and carry the ball to halfcourt
Masai is an award winning GM. He has also delivered a championship to this city. Something the Leafs brass has failed to do in 50+ years. Very interesting fan judgement…trading your best offensive player this point in the season is foolish and short sighted. The team needs a better bench, not better starters. In addition, they have a new, albeit, talented head coach. Give him time to make this work. The average fan needs learn the nuances of running a franchise before critiquing an award winning, championship GM of that franchise.

This team doesn’t know when to sell high. Should’ve traded Fred after he made All-Star, should’ve traded Siakam before the deadline. We’re not going to get a superstar type player like Giannis or Dame so we need to build up some depth and go all in on Barnes. We’ve made an undrafted guy an All-Star so I’m sure a former ROTY could become an All-Star. Barnes probably is the most promising all rounded guy we’ve ever drafted. Siakam is currently the 5th worst 3 point shooter this season, worse than Giannis!
Come back here in roughly two weeks. Raps will have completed a major trade and will finalize around December 12, 2023. You heard it here first!
This dragging for so long, i don't know what masai is doing, even the loyal fan im sure had seen it all and had enough, we need to move some pieces, starting with Pascal or anyone except Scottie, this roster is going nowhere even with a new coach. Time to let go.

Everybody has to pump the brakes. This is going to be a rough year. We need better guards. We have too much duplication on the roster and not enough shooting.We need "a dog", red ass competitor type player to keep everybody in line.We don't want to go the way of the Pistons so the next move, Ujiri can't get wrong. So patience everything will happen when it's supposed to. The Spurs are getting a good pick so live with it.
OKC gets Pascal, Bulls get Picks from OKC but not their picks others like Houston, Philly others. Raptors get Zach L this lets us trade Gary after. I would like to expand to get Alex C too. This is retool / redesign vs full blow up. We really need two guards and have G Dick grow with team.

Atlanta has nothing that the Raps want. I would trade with the likes of OKC, Houston, Orlando, Detroit and Golden State
I am no GM, but what's the point of holding onto 3 expiring contracts knowing you probably won't be able to resign all three. Truth is, even if you are able to resign all 3, the team is going nowhere as the product that is being put on the court last season and this season kinda proved the current lineup can only be a .500 team. Dear Masai, pls pick a direction and move on

Masai should trade Siakiam and picks for Trea Young, Rumours are Hawks would be willing to move young. While Young’s defence is questionable his offence which is three point shooting, playmaking, Pick & Rolls would work in Darkos system. Also sends Dennis to the bench.

Charles Barkley is right, blow this S^$$ up, what is the point, they get 2 the play in or playoffs, they'll get bounced, this team is not good. Siakim is tell end of his career, let him go 2 contender and win another chip.

If Siakam is going to be traded Dejounte Murray (just extended), JJ should be there. The Atlanta folks will trade anyone in their roster to get Siakam for sure even half their roster to pair him with Trey Young. At this point, I think Atlanta is the best trade partner. Atlanta has the pieces to make a trade happen.
Time for change.. the team just cant play together. Like some of these teams with all these star players.. u can have all these great pieces but dosent mean they can play together
i think letting the current roster continue to develop together would be a great way to go, but the problem is the off-season. What's the plan with OG, Siakam, and GTJ??? I say strike while the iron is hot (and the season is early) and make a move or two.
